Booking & cancellation terms

General

These terms apply to all bookings at Skog Lodge. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking & payment

After placing a booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. Full payment must be made within 7 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed. For bookings within 14 days of arrival, immediate payment is required.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
• 42 to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• 28 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

House rules

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
• Pets are welcome by arrangement (surcharge may apply).
• Respect for nature and surroundings — quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• Maximum number of guests as specified during booking.

Liability

Skog Lodge is not liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings. Guests are liable for any damage to the lodge or its inventory during their stay.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €250 may be requested upon arrival. This will be fully refunded after check-out and inspection, provided no damage has been found.
